- Reviewing infringement allegations and assisting the shareholders of a small start-up company as they negotiated favorable post-closing adjustments upon the company's acquisition by a leading international company.
- Assisting an intelligent networking company in reaching a favorable resolution of a claim of patent infringement by a larger competitor.
- Serving as lead trial counsel in the successful defense of a patent infringement suit involving three patents on a satellite laser communication system, which after a three-week trial the court found invalid for obviousness.
