The National Law Journal article titled, “Boston IP firm keeps its edge by getting creative,” described Lahive & Cockfield as an intellectual property firm that has successfully mixed, “high-octane client work with workplace flexibility.” The article discusses how the firm has achieved a 54% female partnership rate by balancing high-quality client work with a flexible compensation system and work structure. The president of the National Association of Women Lawyers went on to describe the firm’s female partnership number as “striking” in a field that is typically dominated by men.
