Dr. Williams's practice focuses on patent prosecution and opinion work in the biotechnology area.  She has over 13 years of experience working with clients to develop strategies for effective patent coverage, including patent prosecution, opinion work, freedom to operate analyses, and monitoring activities of competitors.

Megan represents a diverse group of clients, from small biotechnology companies, to institutions, and large corporations. She also works with companies and investors to provide due diligence evaluations and opinions in connection with collaborations, acquisitions, licensing, and financing.
